International Shipping

  • International delivery typically takes 14–20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS

Returns & Refunds Policy

We take quality seriously and pack every order with care.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition

  • A clear unboxing video showing the damage must be shared within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests without video proof will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Products without proper video evidence
